I had an appointment at 2.30pm, my daughter was finishing work earlier than anticipated, I tried to change my appointment to 1pm but as expected the salon was fully booked, the gentleman on the phone said to come down and wait and they will squeeze me in, which I thought was very kind. I was out the salon by 2pm to pick my daughter up and had beautiful fresh nails. I would highly recommend.
