They were accomodating where I had to adjust my slot (with notice). I had a BiaB infill, I only noticed after that one of my nails is bumpy, with an uneven fill. I wanted a bit of style, which was a little bit tricky as they didn't have the stickers the nail technician drew them on and did a good job. They are friendly and its a calm environment, had my initial BIAB nails done here too and it was all good.
