The atmosphere and therapists are friendly and professional. I must say the only comment is that on arrival to nail desk - the area appears dirty with cut nails from the previous treatment session.
However I wanted to enquire why a change of towel or tissue but I did not want to appear rude as I was anticipating the therapist changing it. It just is a little off putting.

So friendly i love the way they do my nails.
Ask if i would like a drink. very clean.
And always full but i phoned and did not have an appointment but they booked me in. Did not have to wait on arrival Thank u see u soon.
