Booked a ‘gel soak off’ online for my toes (£20), only to have the technician remove the polish entirely with the filing machine in under 5 mins, no acetone or soaking at all. When I said they looked damaged, he just said that’s how they do it. It’s left my nails looking awful - could have picked off the polish for the same end result and saved myself £20. Wish I’d read the similar reviews on Google first. Won’t be back.

Really pleased with the quick service at Nailscape. I booked an appointment at short notice and was seen straight away. With such a central location and at reasonable prices, this is a go-to for anyone in need of a quick service while at work!
