This was not a pleasant experience. The nail tech was not particularly diligent, leaving exposed nail and jagged edges. He then clipped his own fingernails at the counter while my BIAB was drying, using an unsanitized pair of clippers that will then be used on other customers. The attention to detail and cleanliness has been slipping over my last few visits. I come here because it is convenient to my work, but I may try a new shop after this.

Thorough in BIAB removal, rushed in the manicure. All nails have jagged edges. The tech really nice about redoing one nail that I accidentally messed up, though.

Unhappy ! Patchy gel manicure with gel going over the skin, cuticles badly done, uneven colour - too thin in some places and too thick in others. Looks horrible. It is a shame that Treatwell does not allow to add a picture to the review. Not worth £45…
