Usually have a great experience but prices have increased a lot in the last 6 months. Felt rushed out of the salon once finished (top coat hadn’t dried) and had paid my £75. They also changed my appointment to an earlier time without consulting me.

I’ve gotten BIAB here before, but this experience was less relaxing than others. I had two different techs work on my hands - both knicked my skin with the mechanical file. Also, the tech that put the gel polish on didn’t reach the sides of the nail.
