The staff are always lovely and very accommodating.
The nails always look lovely but I find the polish chips really easily which is a shame! I've been trying BIAB to give my natural nails a break from extensions - they're more sturdy than regular gel polish but my nails underneath haven't got any stronger so unsure if I will continue long-term.
One of the ladies who starts the treatments can sometimes be a bit rough with the manicure but the other ladies who do the painting are fantastic.

Initial nail tech was not at all skilled and was swapped out mid session by a more skilled technician with no explanation. Messy BIAB and polish application that is already lifting at the edges less than a week later.
