They provide an average haircut - when they can. Twice I have booked on Treatwell and turned up to be told to join the back of a queue of walk-in customers and wait half an hour, which obviously completely defeats the point of booking in the first place. The staff are totally unsympathetic and unhelpful in this situation. They only provide an "OK" service - if you can get them to - and still look expectantly for a tip at the end of it all. Giving up on this one.
