The treatment was bought for my boyfriend as a pre Christmas gift. I was expecting this to be more of a pampering session as per the given description. The session meant to last 50 min and my boyfriend was ready after 20min; we travelled that day so I planned everything considering the appointment so that was a bit inconvenient. Out of all NG my boyfriend received only a haircut which is worth £18 only, not the full price of £48.

Staff were distracted by mobile phones and other members of staff. The haircut itself was very quick and rushed. This place is very much style over substance and definitely not worth the prices they charge
