This is the first time I've had Hopi ear candling, I wasn't sure what to expect but booked it to see if it could help with migraines and a general head cold that I've been having recently. Nikki explained the treatment, what to expect and how it would feel. The treatment was so relaxing, I loved it. The candle is placed in your ear, lit and it burns away down the candle. You can hear a gentle crackling noise in your ear and a warm sensation. I nearly fell asleep. I will definitely have it again.

The lovely new premises are a great improvement. Spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable.
Regular massages are helping the pain from fibromyalgia.
