Have you ever wanted to talk to a nutritionist and get all your questions answered? Well now you can. I offer a 60 minute nutrition workout where you can workout what's right for you and your health needs. Includes a dietary analysis and vitamin profile. During the session you can set your own goals, define your own plan, ask as many questions as you like, and take notes. At the end of the session I will send you a recording of the call so that you can refer to it whenever you need to.
