My appointment was for 18:00, and the therapist was still not ready at 18:35 (Despite saying they would be there in just 5 more minutes). I tried to get a refund but was told it would not work and I would just need to wait (I had prepaid for the facial). Would not go back, the facial was not great either.

I had a haircut which started on time and included a hairwash which was all fine. The haircut was fine but nothing special for the price and in hindsight the hair was left too long.
