The salon is very basic. I wasn't offered any drink and didn't even choose what kind of blow dry I wanted. Just said something big and hoped for the best. The hairdresser went to answer the phone half through my wash and overall the whole experience was very rushed and quite painful as my hair got tangled in the brush a couple of times. Whilst the result was OK and I liked my hair it wasn't very relaxing.
