I think the venue could improve by being friendlier, perhaps offer a tea or water whilst you wait. Apart from hat all fine and I would go back another time.

Nice location, the staff was less friendly than usual, a bit in a hurry, but it is still a good venue

For where this place is situated I expected ALOT more. I was having a "haircut" which did not include a wash or blow dry as I discovered when I got there... They need to wash your hair anyway so if you dont pay for a blow dry ontop (£27 for a styled one) of what you have already paid then you leave with wet hair! So there I was having my hair washed imagining myself leaving the salon with wet hair in October!
SO the manager cut my hair, he was absent when i had my hair washed so he had no idea wether i had straight or curly hair. I had to describe it. Didnt ask me much of what i wanted... once I finished my sentence he just said "thats all I need to know" then cut my hair in about 5 mins flat. The staff were so rude. Talking to each other while they were working on my hair. Not being polite to me at all (no drinks available either). He could see I was not having a pleasant time so he offered me a free blow dry from a trainee stylist (which was nice - why should I complain right?) if only she knew the back of a hair dryer sucks?? my hair was sucked into the back of the hair dryer 3 times. I felt like walking out. I cant say I would recommend this place to anyone.
