Something had happened earlier in the day which meant that some of the stylists were running really late. Mine was only about 20 mins late which didn't massively matter, but some people were really delayed and were being really rude to the stylists who were not at fault. However it made the atmosphere really awkward. Would be nice to offer drinks, particularly while waiting (I had to ask for a glass of water). My stylist was v good and friendly. Blowdry was well done.
