Something had happened earlier in the day which meant that some of the stylists were running really late. Mine was only about 20 mins late which didn't massively matter, but some people were really delayed and were being really rude to the stylists who were not at fault. However it made the atmosphere really awkward.
Would be nice to offer drinks, particularly while waiting (I had to ask for a glass of water). My stylist was v good and friendly. Blowdry was well done.
Blow Dry
I had the balayage refresh and it was exactly what my hair needed and I was looking for. I don’t like to dye my hair too much because of how damaged it gets but this treatment meant she didn’t need to put any of the bleach on the tips of my hair so my hair still felt healthy afterwards. It did feel a bit of a rushed job but it still came out great. Paid extra for a toner which I expected but I think next time I’ll ask for it to be left on a little longer.
Balayage
The salon was clean and hairdressers were nice, but the treatment did not work. My hair is just as frizzy as it was before. Waste of money.
