I wasn’t going to leave a review but noticed someone had mentioned a similar experience and also I rely on these reviews when trying new places so wanted to be honest. I had a really disappointing t section highlights experience, the stylist took ages to put in five very messy scrunched up foils. I was really worried about damage and it not looking natural so after she redid the same foil for the fifth time I tentatively questioned the process. The manager then took over and put some more foils in but having to wash out existing ones half way through, it was all really haphazard and I was made to feel like I was being awkward. My hair is much more damaged than usual. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

No refreshment offered, no conversation offered........weird atmosphere in general! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Haircut was ok, styled with minimum effort. For the grand price of £68 I won't bother again, can find cheaper elsewhere that will provide a better experience.

I didn't get as many foils as I do at my normal hairdresser and they told me the number of the foils at the beginning in a quite aggressive manner (I assume they have had complaints before). Roberta didn't seem very experienced and took a long time to do just six foils. At points, I was actually quite worried about my hair.
