I was a bit disappointed with my recent experience. The balayage color I received didn't match what I had requested, however Andrea did do another toner to come closer to my choice. I was also charged a lot more than the quoted price on website and this should have been clarified earlier on. While I appreciate the time spent on my hair, the combination of results that didn't meet my expectations and the unexpected higher cost left me feeling a bit let down by the overall experience.

I had a cut and low lights. Andrea expertly chose the perfect colour - the colour suits my skin tone and my hair is shiny and glossy. The cut is always excellent and the low lights really show the cut off to its best advantage. Happy to recommend.
