The treatment was not applied like in the description.
Olaplex 1 & 2 were applied on dry hair and then my hair was washed. At the end my hair was not really blow-dried, but just a quick dry (without brush).
The staff was nice and always asked if everything was ok.

The first bad review I’ve left for this place :( which saddens me. Unfortunately not all the hairdressers are the same standard here - and mostly I get very lucky ( and will request from now on ). A very nice girl cut my hair but made me feel like it was my fault for ‘having tricky hair’. No one has had issues before and it isn’t what I asked for ( all one length ). Will go back but to my regular lady!
