No refreshment offered, no conversation offered........weird atmosphere in general! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Haircut was ok, styled with minimum effort. For the grand price of £68 I won't bother again, can find cheaper elsewhere that will provide a better experience.

I didn't get as many foils as I do at my normal hairdresser and they told me the number of the foils at the beginning in a quite aggressive manner (I assume they have had complaints before). Roberta didn't seem very experienced and took a long time to do just six foils. At points, I was actually quite worried about my hair.
Hair Colouring
Lovely manicure. Non shellac and still not a scratch on my nails :) Very nice lady and very calm environment. I'll be back.
