I went to get my hair cut as I had really damaged hair with a lot of split ends. Gregory was the hairdresser who was looking after me and he was absolutely brilliant. He first talked me through how much he recommended I get taken off before he began. I was a bit hesitant as I needed to get about 4 inches off my hair. He did an amazing job and it was more like having a catch up with a friend than a scary trip to the salon (I get nervous about hair cuts). If you are making an appointment at the One I would highly recommend him.
