Worst experience I’ve had at a salon. She spent all of five minutes cutting my hair, I had to keep asking repeatedly for it to be done properly before giving up. Wasn’t offered any refreshments and didn’t ask about my hair or use products suited for it. My hair feels like it hasn’t been cut at all.
