Perfect! Felt great and the staff were very welcoming as well as incredibly accomodating in the circumstances.
Hair Colouring
The people were nice enough and I was offered a coffee. However, I had highlights done (this was 7 days ago) and my roots look like they need doing already which is a huge shame considering the price I paid. Foils were nowhere near the root and the colour is patchy in places because the bleach wasn’t left on long enough. I’ve been having highlights for over 10 years and they’ve never looked like this so soon after. I feel the development time was rushed. Also, the colourist tried to make me buy a L’Oréal product for £50 and insisted it was “the last bottle in the salon” however, when I Googled it (while sat in the salon chair) it was retailed at £12 on the internet. Not cool. Won’t be returning.
