It was a lovely facility and staff but really, it was quite painful, and I am a waxing veteran. However, the lady was so kind that I really don't feel right giving her 3 stars.
Hollywood Waxing
Made a last minute appointment to fix a botched (flat & blunt) hair cut. Gosia was amazing - she understood what I wanted (more layers and movement) and gave me a fantastic cut with great skill and also speed. I left very happy and have received several compliments for my hair since! The Olaplex treatment left my hair very soft after - I feel like it repaired a bit of the damage from the bleach/dye job I did at another salon, but will probably need to repeat the treatment regularly for more lasting effect.
