Unfortunately the colour wasn't what I have asked but worse than that- parts of my hair is now really damaged and frizzy as a result of this experience. I was also told to pay extra once the treatment has started.
had a keratin treatment that didn't work. went back to get it fixed and the manager said it's not going to get any better and then said we have to hurry up so he can fix a couple places only as he needs to let another customer know they can come in now! I wasn't happy but still tried to be friendly. I found him quite arrogant, kept boasting about how he's so good at managing his time etc. didn't seem it to me! he then offered to give me a trim (I assumed free of charge for the fact the treatment hadn't worked and I had to come back in. he never once mentioned he'd charge me. at the end he tried to charge me full price for a cut and blow dry!! I was shocked! I can only base the treatments on the one I had which was not great. my hair smelled strange for almost 2 weeks after and I've had the same treatment elsewhere and it was much better. in terms of how the customer is treated, very sub-standard in my opinion!
