So I have been to this place a few times now and the past two they have cut my 1 hr treatment short by 15 minutes. It's really quite bitter sweet because the massage is lovely with good pressure and makes up for the lack of facilities and ambiance
V. Disappointed and won't be retiring
This was my first time to the Siam Spa Centre - it doesn't look like much from the outside, and inside doesn't blow you away either, but its clean and warm, and the staff are very friendly.
The massage itself was an experience - the traditional Thai massage was very physical, and at times, uncomfortable. My masseuse really went to town on my back, but that is because my right shoulder was really tight, and whilst I wriggled a bit, and was in a bit of pain, the outcome was that I felt she had set me right at the end of the massage.
If you are looking for a relaxing experience I would avoid the Thai/deep tissue massage, as this is a real traditional Thai massage experience and its heavy going at times!! But absolutely worth it to feel re-aligned and popped back into place!
The head massage was the best part, it was amazing. I will be back!
