All online bookings for new clients we require a deposit to confirm the appointment, we will contact you by telephone to confirm your appointment and take a small deposit to secure it. PLEASE NOTE: we do operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel last minute or inside this 48 hour period you may be charged for the full appointment. All telephone appointments for new clients we will ask for a small deposit to secure your appointment.
