The shop is bright and welcoming, the staff are always friendly and pleasant. You are always offered a drink and the staff are efficient with a range of experience. I come back time and again as I can't ever remember thinking anything bad about any haircut I have had, or any member of staff who I have had my hair cut by - it's a good experience every time - would highly recommend
