I have been having my hair cut by Carl for many years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. He listens to what I have to say, and isn't a hairdresser who just does what they want. If I only want a trim, a trim it is. If I say 2 inches off its not 4 inches off!! Trusting your hairdresser is very important.

I booked a last-minute wedding hair appointment and arrived feeling stressed and overwhelmed. From the moment I walked in, the team were so kind and welcoming. Ruby was incredible — calm, attentive and so detailed. She even styled a simple headband beautifully. When I saw the final look, I almost cried. I felt truly beautiful. They made my day so special. I had a restyle with Christa today. I couldn't be happier, it looks beautiful! She put in lots of lovely layers, and after straightening my hair it feels so well-conditioned, shiny, and tidy. I walked in feeling incredibly stressed with high anxiety, but Christa was so kind and welcoming. I left feeling much more confident and calmer. I highly recommend them for the amazing results, supportive and calm environment!
