I got a half price deal through Treatwell. I wanted to go for a permanent hair colour , one shade lighter than my natural hair. I was convinced to go for semi permanent (same shade colour. I wanted to cover my old highlights and balayage basically. My hair is not evenly toned. There are huge chunks of old colour left at the back. The colour application was extremely poor. Very unhappy with the results. Good price deal gone very very wrong. I feel like I was looted.

i went for a cut and dye and even though id messed up my booking for the wrong day they still managed to squeeze me in which was great. they did a great job with my hair and i love it and its defiantly one of the best for value for money as well.
