I'm so disappointed and I really can't believed this happened and this absolutely unacceptable!!! I'm originally from Nottingham and the reason I came to Birmingham today is because today is my special day all my friends and family is coming to celebrate my birthday. I keep walking around in the town while waiting for my haircut appointment booked at today 6.45pm.I started walking from Bullring to your salon by using my Google Maps and it tooks me almost 30mins.The salon was closed!#@+#&@&!
