Very disappointmented with the outcome of my hair nothing like how the strand test was. I spent nearly £84 and the hair colour was nothing I expected. Literally cried my eyes out soon as I got home. I didn’t speak up in the salon because clients was there. Derek was amazing however the my hair is ruined! The colour is not what I expected!
