I had a good experience with the lady who did my waxing, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the owner's behavior. When I tried to explain that I had already paid through Treatwell, I was rudely dismissed and shushed. It’s frustrating to be treated this way as a customer, especially when I was just trying to clarify the payment. I hope this issue can be addressed, as the service itself was great.
