Always so welcoming and friendly. Cleanliness in the nail bar is of a very high standard. The staff are all very friendly. The attention to detail is five star, I have never been unhappy with my nails when attending Orchid studio, they have had to fix my nails when I tried elsewhere. The loyalty scheme is an added bonus. I won't go anywhere else for my nails now, they are fanatic

I'd booked online as near to Christmas and although it was busy, friendly and less than an hour.
Always offered hot or cold drink on arrival and given a present when I was leaving.
