First time here. I didn't mind waiting 20-25mins from my appointment time - they were busy and had a lot walk ins. I did however, find it odd to be served by 3 staff members. Everyone was nice and polite, but the quality of service was mixed. When it came to the last team member who did my gel polish, she literally rushed, barely a minute underneath the lamp per hand and once I was 'done', she literally jumped into another seat to another customer. Great if you're a regular, but this put me off
