during the treatment about 5 different staff members done the treatments as all of them were bouncing from customer to customer. My gel manicure started chipping and peeling after 2 days, the staff member doing it didn’t speak to me once to ask me if I liked the colour, shape or style, instead she spoke to her colleagues. So much so, she was forgetting steps in the process like turning the gel lamp on. At the end of the treatment she attempted to overcharge us. Won’t be coming again.

Waxing and threading were excellent- as was the pedicure. However, the varnish which was applied (non gel ) for the manicure had to be removed as it wrinkled and looked dreadful.
