Booked an appointment for a specific time arrived at the place on time, I had to wait over 50 minutes for them to start doing anything ! What is the point allowing to book for a specific time if you still have to wait! I understand 10-15 minutes but not almost 1 hour. Not even a sorry for making me wait so long. Pedicure wasn’t done very good as well was asked which shape I want which I selected square but all nails look different shape. Waste of money definitely won’t return.

Disappointing today, my manicure and pedicure (just paint) took 1hour and 50 mins. Way too long, presuming because they were so busy.
