The facial as really lovely and included a head massage, neck arm and hand massage too! Was very relaxing. Only weird thing is that I got an email from treatwell at 3:15 saying my 2:45 appointment had been moved to 3... which wasn't very helpful but I don't know if that was treatwell or the salon.
