I had a classic facial and it was excellent. It was the full service including steam & extraction and my skin felt and looked really lovely after. I really liked how the therapist gave me a head and shoulder massage while I had the mask on as all too often I've had treatments where the therapist has just left the room during this time. Highly recommended place.

I was seen very quickly but I felt rushed as soon as I went in. My manicure was started straight away but I wasn’t given any time to pick a colour from the samples and I felt that speed was more important than the quality of the service. I’ve had SNS nail extensions before and sadly these were very thick so didn’t look at all natural and I had to have them taken off the next day and redone somewhere else.

I arrived on time but had to wait, which was annoying as I had booked an appointment. The nail technician was a bit ruff removing my gel polish but listened when I said it hurt. I had SNS applied to my nails and I’m really pleased with the end result. I will go try then again hopefully they will be more punctual.
