I had a Dermalogica facial which I enjoyed. The therapist was friendly and professional. My only criticism is that I would have liked for the extractions to be more thorough- she only spent about 5 minutes of them and I definitely had more blackheads than that! The face and neck massage was very nice.
The room was fine but unfortunately there was a lot of noise coming from outside so it was difficult to relax. So it might be worth investing in some soundproofing.
Overall it was a good facial and excellent value. If the above points are addressed it would be even better.
