Fantastic! Hira is so lovely & makes you feel comfortable & at ease throughout. She is wonderfully thorough, making sure she's got all the hairs and if they're too short for wax she'll go over them by threading!

Clean and calm ambience, hot stone massage ok, I have had better, she didn't really ask me what pressure I like and if I have any problem area. But on the whole relaxing
