Staff welcoming and pleasant but, on my last two visits, a forty minute SNS manicure took an hour and a half as my treatment started late and I was left waiting for twenty minutes during the treatment.

I have never had a more comfortable waxing experience. I was worried trying a new place as sometimes staff can not make you feel welcomed, however I would recommend anybody to go for waxing here! One of the most pain free waxes id had. Also very happy with my nails !
