Ripped my skin off. Additionally asked for facial waxing as they did not do threading on weekdays. Lady ripped off the skin of my upper lip and below my eyebrows. Got a refund but still extremely upset as I am still in a lot of pain, 2 days on. Had a special occasion this weekend which was ruined not only due to the appearance but also due to the excruciating pain of the large areas of fresh skin beginning to scab. Any movement of my face gave me so much pain. I couldn't even cover it up with layers of make up, which in itself stung like hell!
