Overall I am satisfied. The only thing that I didn't like as much was the manicure process before they started applying the gel.

As always, Lee was exceptional! and My eyebrow threading and tinting was done perfectly. Unfortunately at the beginning of my Gel Nail soak off - a trainee/ new employee was assigned to me and he cut into one of my fingers with the electric nail file and also nearly filed off my one nail completely! But Lee came to my rescue and just made my day with how lovely he did my nails.
