I went at a very busy time but the staff were so quick and efficient I didn't wait long. Only criticism is the cleanliness and hygiene could be improved, I feel like this probably wasn't a priority.

I got a Hollywood wax after a very long time due to exams. I booked an appointment in the morning at the last minute and headed there straight after my last exam. The lady did it in a way it was the least painful it could have been. I've had more painful experiences even without the long wait in between. It was very well done. The owner was also very friendly when I arrived and offered me hot drinks while I waited as I arrived 10 minutes early. Overall, the wax was great and the place was lovely. Will probably return to do my nails and see how they are in that department. They also stamped a loyalty card for me and you get 10% off after 4 appointments which is a nice bonus.
If you chose to pay at the venue, they don't take card, so make sure you have cash. The newsagents next door do cash back but they charge £1. (Could have been because I only needed a fiver and didn't buy anything).

Exactly as described. Great manicure. It's a busy buzzy place, great if you're in the mood but not so relaxing if you're not.
