Felt sorry for the therapist as she clearly wasn't well. But massage lacklustre, pressure too light, and no hot stones. To be honest I didn't feedback on the day because I wasn't too well myself, but I wouldn't necessarily go back. If I did I would want to see a marked improvement.
Staff really professional , environment clean and relaxing . I have book my second appointment already after this good experience :)

I received a Nail file and paint. The finish was poor. Nail varnish on the edges of my fingers! It was not wiped off properly. I also had a pedicure which was slightly better but i still had hard skin on my feet after and was not asked how much length to cut off. Cuticles were not pushed back either. Wouldn't go back again.
Staff were very friendly, Salon was lovely. Treatment took longer than it should have but would definitely go back.
