I had a great facial and would definitely recommend it! My therapist was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. She treated my skin thoroughly, answered my questions but also made me relax. I could already see improvements at the end of the treatment.

I have had very good experiences in the past but this time the wax was way too hot so I had to wait for it to cool down a bit and after a while it was still a lot hotter than was comfortable and hotter than any wax I have had before. I told the therapist to go ahead as I didn’t have time to wait any longer. There was a slightly hard sell on the organic pharmacy products, it could be that the therapist is enthusiastic about them but it was annoying as I wasn’t even enquiring about them.
