A warm welcome when I entered, detailed explanation of the treatment. Room was comfortable heated and clean. Kasia did a really good job - the green coffee body sculpting treatment is quite intense, but I was able to relax. Mostly because of the nice ambiance. The Biofeedback was good too - interesting to learn about your body. Got really good tips to stay healthy.

I really love using organic Pharmacy products but the treatment and experience was poor. Before the treatment started I noticed the towel across the bed/massage table had a stain on which looked like old blood. During the massage as part of the facial it felt very rushed and not consistent. Unfortunately the therapist didn’t explain the steps of the facial before or during the facial, so I wasn’t aware of what was going on, which included when she started the extractions!! This isn’t the experience I would have expected from the organic pharmacy
