Nora is the best facialist/ masseur I’ve ever had the pleasure to have met . Her manner is so professional , kind and with wonderful pressure too . I wouldn’t hesitate seeing her again . The only reason I gave 4 stars for the Kensington clinic is that the rooms really need upgrading as they look dirty as is the toilet . But Nora makes it worthwhile .

A waste of money. When I booked the facial I was assured that they would tailor it for me. I specifically requested a good cleanse with extraction. The girl that did the facial did a very standard one with basically 2 minutes of extraction without listening at all to my request. Result it wasn't beneficial at all. If you are loooking for a relazing afternoon why not but if you are actually looking for a good facial I wouldn't reccomend it.
