Great staff and service, lovely and quiet inside and feels like you are not even in London! Definitely would recommend.

I always come here and it was good as usual. However I wanted to use hot wax for underarms and therapist did not ask and used strip wax which is ok but irritated me a little bit and it was painful. Brazilian was very quick, not too painful and good results. The costumer service of the salon could have been a bit better since I have to reschedule this appointment due to medical issues and they did not help me with that but had to contact treatwell directly and they solved the problem very quickly. Very good costumer experience from treatwell side.
