Kasia is a very kind and good therapist. I use Organic Phamacy products a lot and they are amazing and their costumer service is also very nice. The treatment was good as well, well done, however not the quickest but at least they take the time to do things well.

It was a great pleasure to come back to my favorite beauty shop in London. Every time I visit this beauty heaven, I am very impressed with a warmth welcome and the atmosphere that everyone receives. Peter, shop's manager, is always so lovely and caring, not to mention his extensive knowledge about the products. He is like the beauty secrets’ guru. My treatment was fabulous by Haleema who is an excellent specialist. She took a great care of my face and myself as well. Highly recommended! Will be back soon! Everybody deserves an occasional pampering time.
