Facial was okay, a little disappointing. I had the Rose Crystal Lymphatic Facial with Cheryl who was really lovely and kind but some little things were unsatisfying. For example, the steam part of the facial was barely so - I don't know if it wasn't positioned right but I barely felt steam on my face. I paid extra for the 1.5 hr facial which includes more massage and supposedly acupressure - definitely no acupressure. The facial itself isn't anything special - really just a few masks straight from the bottle put on, could be done at home with their products. At the end, one expects the typical product sell, but when I asked questions about the products Cheryl seemed to have little knowledge about them and answered my questions by reading off the bottles. Really really not worth the 110 price tag in the end and I won't be coming back. For that price you're best off going to an actual spa where you get the whole package anyways (for that much at a spa you usually get steam room access, etc.).
