I have been having massage treatments at Kings Road Organic Pharmacy for many years now and the experience and treatments received are always consistent and of a high standard. All staff are extremely well trained and professional, you feel like you’re in safe hands and always leave refreshed

Great radiofrequency facial. Nazmeen was fantastic, explained every step and gave me great recommendations for my skin. Very happy with the treatment, exactly as described and even lasted longer. Saw visible results after the first session - plumped and super smooth skin. Will certainly go back.

During the facial I experienced pain when my facialist was scrubbing my skin but I didn’t think much of it. The next morning I woke up with a large scab on my cheek. I emailed the next day to ask for a refund and I sent them a picture of my skin - their response was ‘you probably had an allergic reaction, we need a doctors note’. Scabs form after a layer of skin has been damaged, not a reaction to the products. They’ve refused a refund. As if I’d go to the doctor for a scab. Waste of money&time.
