The therapist was great at her job however I heard something from her that I had never heard before, my 90 minute massage became 80 mins, when I questioned her she said that it was the Organic Pharmacy’s policy to take 5 mins from my massage to get ready for the massage and 5 mins after to get ready after the massage! This I have never ever heard of with any other spa!!!

This was a nice and relaxing facial. I would have preferred they use a steamer for an extraction facial so for this reason it will likely be a one off for me.

Whilst it is basic, clean, tidy, pleasant, it needs a face-lift - bit of modernisation.

Very nice relaxing massage and my masseuse asked how pressure was through out and paid careful attention to areas that I said were in most need of releasing. Lovely scalp massage to finish off with. The oils mentioned on this website had been discontinued however - liked the sound of the energising grapefruit one but the masseuse said they no longer had it even though it was mentioned as one of the options on their description page.
