Staff were friendly and polite. The beautician who did the treatment was helpful and really knows her craft. The whole experience was relaxing and very pleasant.
Really good facial. The products are very good and smell delicious. My skin was glowing and I was totally relaxed by the end of it.

Organic Pharmacy doesn’t look like a spa like place from outside, looks more like a posh pharmacy but downstairs it is very different and you can see that it has sufficient treatment rooms etc. It has a very clean and comfortable feel, lovely spa smell and the wax treatment I had was very quick and thorough. I would come back.
